Simon & Mark met with the President & Vice President of the Pan Cyprian Kidney Association for a photo shoot in Larnaca at 2pm. The boys then cycled to The Lodge Beach Bar on the Dhekelia Road Oroklini where they will be staying the night. Simon will be making a guest appearance at the Mantra Tavern tonight. Tomorrow stage 5 of their journey the boys will be heading off from The Lodge Beach Bar and Head to Agia Napa Napa Radio HQ. Simon Mark & Crew are now on their way through Kiti. The boys should reach The Sun Hall Hotel on Larnaca Sea Front by 2pm when they will be meeting the Officials from the Pan Cyprian Kidney Association. The team from look4usincyprus.com will also be there as the main Sponsors.

Simon & Mark After having an early night and recharged their batteries are getting ready for the start of Day 4. They are planning to leave at around 9.15 and head for Larnaca. They have approx a 75km journey today and have to be in Larnaca for 2pm to meet the Officials from the Pan Cyprian Kidney Association at the Sun Hall Hotel, on the Sea Front Larnaca. All the best for today Simon & Mark you have certainly got to get those legs peddling today.
Stage 3
We would like to apologise to Steve Edwards from Paphos who joined Simon & Mark yesterday and has been with them all the way today. We mentioned yesterday that David had joined the boys, it wasn't David it was Steve (Sorry Steve for getting names mixed up). Thanks for the support.

Simon, Mark & Crew arrived at the British Legion in Limassol. They are getting set up for tonights gig where Simon will be singing and entertaining again. When set up they will all be making their way to the Atlantica Miramare Hotel for a rest. A well deserved one for Simon as he will be spending the evening singing his socks off again and entertaining.

Simon and crew are on the outskirts of Limassol on the main road. There is a diversion been set up for the Road Run that is also taking place. this may cause a few problems for the boys.

Simon Mark & Crew are now on the straight Road to Akrotiri.They will then go through the Fruit Grove to Limassol. They expect to reach their destination Atlantica Miramare Hotel in approx 45mins. They have been going well, rain has stopped a bit cloudy sun trying to break through.Iits a little breezy but the wind is behind them which is a helping them.

Mark & Crew are now heading down to Episkopi Garrison, it will then be on to Kurian. They have had about 20 mins of wet riding, the rain was heavy at times but they didn't stop. The sun is now out so hopefully they will now dry off.

Simon Mark & Paul are about 5km outside of Pissouri, They should arrive at their destination "Hillview Restaurant" in just under 1hour. David stayed with them as far as the Motorway then dropped back to Paphos

Simon & Mark have been joined by Paul & David and are now approaching the B6 Pissouri Road heading towards Paphos Airport. Lezline & Jo joined the boys at Charlies Bar this morning and cycled down to the Port they did a Photo Shoot then the boys carried on and the girls are at the Port with buckets collecting donations.

Simon & Mark are now on the straight main road to Coral Bay. They did the climb faster than they thought they would. Just over 1.5hrs. they then came down the hill doing between 60 - 70 kmph. They are doing well and feeling great.

Will start riding by 8.45 horrendous weather on our way this morning. 1st 100km we could only do 50 km per hr on motorway will keep you posted. Simon |
